Partner @ SMBash, the original (and best) 3-day event for small business acquirers and operators. The 2025 edition just ended on April 4th with record attendance and overwhelmingly positive buzz, and planning for 2026 is underway. We’ve also been in Forbes and more.

Acquisitions Analyst @ RHP Properties, advised on M&A and Corporate Development strategy for nation’s largest private owner/operator of manufactured home communities ($7+ Billion portfolio size). Worked directly with the executive team to curate M&A strategy, design business plans, and manage external partners including LPs, joint ventures, etc. Reinvented several internal operating processes including deal flow/pipeline management, SOPs for new deal analysis, stakeholder communication templates, team meeting structure.

• Participated in the closing of ~$800mm in transactions over 62 properties, among the largest growth periods in company history.

Sales Development Representative @ *Thomson Reuters,* cutting my teeth selling software and consulting services to small to medium-sized tax and accounting firms across the US.
